How do I book a coaching session?
Browse coaches in the app, select one that matches your needs, choose a service and time slot, then complete your booking. You'll receive a confirmation with all the details.
How do I cancel or reschedule a session?
Go to your Schedule tab, find the upcoming session, and tap to view options for canceling or rescheduling. Please note the coach's cancellation policy.
How do payments work?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You'll be charged when you book a session. Coaches receive payouts directly to their bank accounts.
How do I become a coach on CoachMe?
When you first open the app, select "I'm a coach" to create a coach profile. Add your services, credentials, and availability to start accepting bookings.
How do I get the Verified or Elite badge?
Verified status requires identity verification and credential confirmation. Elite status is earned by completing many sessions and maintaining high ratings.
How do I report an issue with a coach or session?
Email us at support@coach-me.family with details about your concern. Include your booking information and we'll investigate promptly.
